Zbigniew "Zibi" Panasewicz has been practicing martial arts for over 30 years. As the head instructor of YMAA OrientSport, he specialises in helping students find balance between physical health and mental clarity.

His classes are known for being welcoming, patient, and ego-free—focusing on personal progress rather than perfection.
